Mental health nurse jobs

We need mental health nurses (RMNs) for temporary, last-minute placements across England and Wales. Thornbury mental health nurses can access work in NHS and private hospitals, police stations, prisons, custodial services, schools, patient transfer services, community settings and mental health units.

They can also support clients to live safely in their own homes. You’ll need to work to our high standards and in return, you’ll receive full professional support from us.

Requirements

  • A valid NMC Pin
  • Evidence of safety interventions (MAPA) / PMVA training
  • A minimum of 12 months experience if working in Psychiatric ICU or Forensics
  • A minimum of 6 months experience if working with under 18s
  • A focus on the promotion of health and well-being
  • A willingness to work to our company expectations
  • A minimum of 12 months experience in the last 2 years if working in an acute mental health setting (acute admissions)
