ODPs Theatre Practitioner Scrub Nurses Required in the Cambridge area.
ICS is pleased to invite applications for the role of ODP Theatre / Scrub Practitioner for our client in the Cambridge area. This is a key role within this hospital, with a fantastic team atmosphere and environment, a very exciting and rare opportunity (due to expansion) has arisen to join this very well respected company.
Role; As a registered practitioner, to deliver high quality clinical patient care through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care.
Key Competencies; Applies knowledge of commercial factors (e.g. the market, political environment, legal, regulatory and financial (constraints) in own area of responsibility. Proactively identifies the needs and expectations of customers and strives to meet these Ensures the quality of own work meets job requirements and encourages quality in others work Pro-actively committed to developing own personal skills, knowledge and behaviours, in order to improve performance within current role and potentially prepare for career moves. Supports others in their development. Communicates appropriately and effectively with a range of people on a variety of subjects in order to inform, educate or influence them. Effectively processes and provides data / information to meet business requirements
Educational requirements; NMC Registered Nurse Part 1 Post Basic Theatre Course Teaching and Assessing Course Current valid NMC registration. Qualifications applicable to the registration requirements. Intermediate / Advanced Life Support (ILS / ALS) Previous experience gained through formal training.
Remuneration; £excellent basic salary 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays. Plus excellent supporting package
