Position Details: Are you an RMN in South Wales Area?

REGISTERED MENTAL NURSES REQUIRED – EXCELLENT SALARY AND PACKAGE.

£30,000 +/- Depending upon Experience

Gwent Area. – Excellent transport links to Cardiff and other towns in South Wales.

On behalf of my client I am looking to recruit a Qualified RMN to work with their clients to achieve the highest possible standards of care and provide effective supervision of staff in a strong tem environment. Specialising in the care and rehabilitation of Female patients.

Background:
This hospital is situated on the, with fantastic views of the beautiful Welsh countryside just at the end of the road. The setting gives it an air of tranquillity, perfect to promote well-being in all our patients.
The hospital itself provides thoughtfully-designed, well-appointed surroundings to enable the women in our care to re-build their living and vocational skills, ready to regain their place in the community.
Every room has en-suite facilities. In addition, we have a gym, a hair salon and relaxation area where patients can receive nail care, beauty treatments and one to one sessions with staff.
Dedicated clinical teams provide a multi-disciplinary input including occupational therapy, psychology, psychiatry and vocational training. Where appropriate, access to the local community is an essential step along the pathway to rehabilitation, for both leisure pursuits and for social training such as shopping and using Public Transport.

Role;
Reporting to the Head of Care you will be joining this company with a growing reputation for delivering a contemporary approach in a field of intensive rehabilitation, you will be encouraged to contribute to and influence the development of active care for our clients.

Candidate;
The goal is to build the living skills and insights, education and confidence required to return to the community. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you must be able to show initiative, demonstrating clear decision making and organisational skills.
You must be a qualified nurse preferably RN Mental Health but RN-LD’s would be considered for the role.

Remuneration;
In return we you will be offered clinical supervision, regular appraisal, training and development and we ensure Continuing Professional Development for newly Qualified Staff.

Salary; Up to £30,000 basic salary + excellent supporting Package.
