NEUVEN Solutions provide auditing services to Clients whose Framework Agreements supply temporary staff into the NHS across the UK. Thornbury went through a 3 day stringent audit process which looked at 50 files, 50 timesheets, 24 categories and 110 compliances which amounted to 5500 individual checks. At the end of the process we achieved an outstanding 99.07% PLATINUM score. NEUVEN said we met and exceeded the quality standards that are set within the Framework Agreements for the NHS.
